Online Membership Application
Our Online Membership Application involves these three steps ...
- Filling out and submitting the online membership application (which is provided below).
- Submitting your membership dues online using your American Express, Discover, Master Card or VISA credit card. We use PayPal as our online transaction provider. PayPal is used by over 60,000,000 people worldwide and is safe, secure and easy! You do not need to open a PayPal account to submit your membership dues online.
- Once we have received your online membership application and your dues, we will contact you to confirm your membership.
If you wish to submit an application using a hand-written form and your personal or business check, which can be sent through regular postal mail, you may do so by following this link.
NOTES:
- If your application is for a personal non-business, non-organization membership please select "Individual Members" for the Business Type.
- If a selection in the Business Type drop-down box is not applicable to your membership application please select "Other" and then let us know what your type of busines is in the 'Comments' box.
- * = required information to successfully submit your online membership application.
- Dues for 'Individual Members' memberships are calculated after the 'Continue' button is clicked.
